At MyPlusWear, we want you to love your fit; if you are not completely satisfied, you may return or exchange your items within 30 days of delivery. All returned apparel must be in its original, unworn condition with tags still attached to qualify for a full refund.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to send back.
Prepare the Package
Securely pack your items in the original packaging and include the packing slip provided in your confirmation email.
Ship the Items
Print the prepaid shipping label generated from our portal, attach it to your parcel, and drop it off at any authorized carrier location.
Receive Your Refund
Once our warehouse inspects the returned fashion pieces, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
